What is your favorite part about being a Residence Hall Director?

My favorite part about being a Residence Hall Director is having the opportunity to cross paths and live life with students who are discovering themselves, their identities, and new passions. The RHD role has allowed me to invest in the students and expand my passion for serving and transforming students into leaders while they are experiencing such transformative years. It has been a joy to witness students turn Hallie Earle Hall into their home away from home. 

What does authentic Christian community mean to you?

To me, an authentic Christian Community is a space to celebrate faith, diversity, and vulnerability, which allows everyone to be their true and authentic selves. It is a place for people to feel seen and heard in a space that offers support while growing in faith as an individual and as a community.
