Baylor's Upper-Division Community at University Parks offers upper-division students the amenities of an apartment with the features and resources of on-campus housing. University Parks apartments are furnished and fully staffed, including Community Leaders, Residence Hall Directors, a Faculty in Residence, and a Resident Chaplain. University Parks features two to four-bedroom apartments with private or shared bathrooms, and full kitchen and living areas.
