On-Campus Housing Contract

The On-Campus Housing Contract is a legally-binding document. When a student signs it, he/she is committing to living on campus for the timeframe indicated in the Contract.

First-year students who live in Brooks Residential College, Honors Residential College, or Teal Residential College and selected their community 1st - 4th on their housing application agree to a two-year Contract.

If a student has a question regarding the Contract, he/she can contact the Campus Living & Learning office at Living@baylor.edu prior to signing it.
