Housing Reapplication: 2027 - 2028
Who
All rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors under the age of 25 may reapply for on-campus housing.

How
- Apply: Beginning Thursday, October 1, apply through the MyHousing Portal. Enter your personal information, lifestyle preferences, room type preferences, community preferences, and sign your housing contract.*
- Receive your Approved Community & Room Selection Timeslot: Your Approved Community and Room Selection Timeslot will be emailed and viewable in your MyHousing Portal at noon on Monday, November 2.
- Participate in Roommate Matching (optional): Beginning Monday, November 2 at noon, connect with other students of your same gender, who are approved for your community. Form a Roommate Group to live together.
- Choose Your Room: Choose your on-campus space for the 2027-2028 academic year. If you formed a Roommate Group, place your Roommate Group members too.
* Students participating in Housing Reapplication may cancel their signed housing contract anytime prior to receiving a booking or up to 72 hours after receiving their booking. (This does not apply to students under two-year housing contracts.)
Timeline
Thursday, October 1: Application opens - apply through the MyHousing Portal.
Wednesday, October 28: Application closes
Monday, November 2 at 12 pm: Students are emailed their Approved Community and Room Selection Timeslot. Community Waitlists open.
Monday, November 2 at 12 pm - Tuesday, November 10: Roommate Matching
Wednesday, November 11 - Monday, November 16: Choose Your Room
Tuesday, November 17: Students with signed housing contracts who did not participate in Choose Your Room are assigned.
