Who
All rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors under the age of 25 may reapply for on-campus housing.

- Apply: Beginning Thursday, October 1, apply through the MyHousing Portal. Enter your personal information, lifestyle preferences, room type preferences, community preferences, and sign your housing contract.*
- Receive your Approved Community & Room Selection Timeslot: Your Approved Community and Room Selection Timeslot will be emailed and viewable in your MyHousing Portal at noon on Monday, November 2.
- Participate in Roommate Matching (optional): Beginning Monday, November 2 at noon, connect with other students of your same gender, who are approved for your community. Form a Roommate Group to live together.
- Choose Your Room: Choose your on-campus space for the 2027-2028 academic year. If you formed a Roommate Group, place your Roommate Group members too.
* Students participating in Housing Reapplication may cancel their signed housing contract anytime prior to receiving a booking or up to 72 hours after receiving their booking. (This does not apply to students under two-year housing contracts.)

Yes, if you will be an undergraduate student at Baylor next academic year, and you are under the age of 25, you can apply.
Yes, all students under the two-year housing contract are required to participate in the reapplication process. Failure to participate in Housing Reapplication may result in you losing a space in your Residential College for the upcoming academic year.
Unfortunately, unless you are in year one of your two-year housing contract, Campus Living & Learning cannot guarantee you a space. Historically, we have been able to offer a space to the majority of our applicants. Furthermore, we will notify you of your application’s standing in November, so that you have plenty of time should you need to look into off-campus housing.
Campus Living & Learning offers Community Waitlists once a community fills. We invite you to place your name on the Community Waitlist for your preferred community. (You can access Community Waitlists through the MyHousing Portal.) If space becomes available, we will offer you a space in the community. In the meantime, you are welcome to book a different space on-campus (pending availability) or pursue other housing.
You may cancel your signed housing contract prior to Choose Your Room or up to 72 hours after choosing/receiving your booking. (This does not apply to students under 2-year housing contracts.)
No, you will not automatically receive the same housing accommodation. Please participate in Housing Reapplication for the upcoming year and submit the Housing Accommodation Application to the Office of Access and Learning Accommodation.
If you graduate, transfer, or withdraw from the University, student teach outside the Waco area, participate in an academically sponsored study abroad trip or internship program outside the Waco area, get married, or are called to active-duty military service, you may be released from your housing contract without penalty. Please complete the Fall/Spring Cancellation Form in your MyHousing Portal or the Student Not Returning Form. Documentation is required.
