What is your favorite part about being an Assistant Residence Hall Director?
As a Baylor alum, I have the unique opportunity to sow passionate service back into a community that has meant so much to me.
What does authentic Christian community mean to you?
For me, an authentic Christian community is a place where an intentional atmosphere of love, acceptance, accountability, and willingness to understand are facilitated and maintained by a tribe of individuals who value the unique strengths each member brings to the collective whole. It is ministry through presence, patience, openness, and has the power to positively transform lives.
