Housing Reapplication: 2026 - 2027
Housing Reapplication Closed - Join a Community Waitlist in the MyHousing Portal: Returning students who wish to live on campus for the 2026 - 2027 academic year may add their name to a Community Waitlist in the MyHousing Portal. Students may select a specific community or the first available community. Waitlist offers will be sent to students' Baylor email and continue through August 2026 as space allows.

All rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors under the age of 25 may reapply for on-campus housing.

How
- Apply: Beginning Wednesday, October 8, apply through the MyHousing Portal. Enter your personal information, lifestyle preferences, community preferences, and sign your housing contract.*
- Receive your Approved Community & Room Selection Timeslot: Your Approved Community and Room Selection Timeslot will be emailed and be viewable in your MyHousing Portal at noon on Monday, November 10.
- Participate in Roommate Matching (optional): Beginning Monday, November 10 at noon, connect with other students of your same gender, who are approved for your community. Form a Roommate Group to live together.
- Choose Your Room: Choose your on-campus space for the 2026-2027 academic year. If you formed a Roommate Group, place your Roommate Group members too.
* Students participating in Housing Reapplication may cancel their signed housing contract anytime prior to receiving a booking or up to 72 hours after receiving their booking. (This does not apply to students under two-year housing contracts.)
Timeline
Wednesday, October 8: Application opens - apply through the MyHousing Portal.
Wednesday, November 5: Application closes
Monday, November 10: Students are emailed their Approved Community and Room Selection Timeslot. Community Waitlists open.
Monday, November 10 - Sunday, November 16: Roommate Matching
Monday, November 17 - Wednesday, November 19: Choose Your Room
Thursday, November 20: Students with signed housing contracts who did not participate in Choose Your Room are assigned.
