New Transfer Housing Application: 2025 - 2026

IMPORTANT: Limited housing for transfer students is available in University Parks. While transfer students may indicate a preference for any Living-Learning Program, Residential College, or Upper-Division Community on their housing application, current availability is limited to University Parks. Campus Living & Learning (CL&L) will continue assigning transfer students through August 15, based on availability. Most male applicants are expected to receive a booking. Female space is more limited, but assignments will continue as space allows. [Updated July 10, 2025]

Application opens on April 1, 2025

1. Apply and be accepted to Baylor University.
2. Submit the University Enrollment Deposit through goBAYLOR.
3. Enroll with DUO Two-Factor authentication.
4. Submit proof of Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination (information in goBAYLOR).
5. Submit the Housing Application through the MyHousing Portal.

** Transfer students may cancel their signed housing contract anytime prior to receiving a booking or up to 72 hours after receiving their booking.
